There's lots of Football supporters over here, you see houses with flags on them, and people driving around have flags on their cars. When Germany wins, everyone drives around and toots their horns.
They also have public viewings here and there (in the cities mainly though). The last German soccer match, I was at a public viewing. It's free to get in, and there's all sorts of supporters there, and you can buy beer, hot dogs(German wurst style lol), chips etc.
I'll have to take some pictures - I might be going into Stuttgart tomorrow which is about an hour from here, so I'll make sure I take my camera along if I do :)
